Order processing

Rad Palm carries two types of products, and they ship a little differently:

• In-house items are stocked and shipped directly by us from Florida. These typically ship within 2–3 business days of your order.
• Print-on-demand items are made to order by our manufacturers. These take approximately 5–10 business days to produce before shipping, and then transit time is added on top. Because these are made just for you, we recommend checking the sizing charts carefully before ordering.

If your order contains both types of items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat shipping rate, applied at checkout:

• Domestic (U.S.): $7
• International: $20

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking so you can follow it to your door. Please note that transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carrier conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country — these are not included in your order total or shipping charge and are collected by your local authorities.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders, whether shipped in-house or by our manufacturers.
