Rad Palm started with a simple idea: clothing should be fun.
Somewhere along the way, it seems like everyone started playing it safe. The same colors, the same styles, the same predictable choices. There's nothing wrong with a plain shirt, but we figured there was room for something with a little more personality.
That's where Rad Palm comes in.
We're an independent apparel brand with a love for tropical style, bold colors, retro influences, and designs that don't take themselves too seriously. Our inspiration comes from all over the place — beach towns, vintage prints, old-school Florida, music, and the kind of laid-back lifestyle that makes you wish the weekend lasted a little longer.
We take those influences and turn them into clothing that's comfortable, distinctive, and easy to wear. Our goal isn't to make something so outrageous you'll wear it once and leave it hanging in the closet. We want to make shirts you actually reach for, whether you're heading out on the boat, meeting friends for dinner, or just enjoying a regular day.
And while tropical button-downs are a big part of what we do, Rad Palm isn't limited to one style or one type of customer. We're constantly exploring new designs, collections, and ways to bring our personality into what we create.
We're also a small, independent business. There's no giant design committee deciding what makes the cut. Every collection starts with an idea, and we're involved in bringing it to life. Some designs lean classic, some are a little nostalgic, and others are just plain fun. That's part of what keeps things interesting.
At the end of the day, we're not trying to reinvent fashion or tell anyone how they should dress. We just think people should have more options than the same old stuff.

I'm John, the guy behind Rad Palm.
I've always appreciated clothing with a little personality, especially the kind of shirts that make you feel like you're on vacation even when you're nowhere near one.
Rad Palm gives me the opportunity to turn that appreciation into something of my own. I enjoy coming up with new ideas, experimenting with designs, and seeing people wearing something that started as an idea in my head.
It's a small business, and I'm proud of what we're building. Every order means something, and I appreciate everyone who's chosen to be part of it.
